1:13. ଅତୀତ ରେ ମୁଁ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ କହିଛି, ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ତାଡ଼ନା ଦଇେଛି ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଆଘାତ ଦବୋ ଭଳି କାର୍ୟ୍ଯମାନ କରିଛି। କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁଁ କ'ଣ କରୁଛି ବୋଲି ଜାଣି ନ ଥିବାରୁ, ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେତେ ଦୟା କଲେ। ଅବିଶ୍ବାସୀ ଥିଲା ବେଳେ ମୁଁ ସପରେି କରିଥିଲି।

1:13. even though I was formerly a blasphemer and a persecutor, and an arrogant man. But I was treated with mercy because I acted ignorantly in unbelief,

1:13. even though I used to blaspheme the name of Christ. In my insolence, I persecuted his people. But God had mercy on me because I did it in ignorance and unbelief.
